Hello World! Please share any ideas or experiences you have in mood swings. I’m certainly not the only human in the world that faces those grim moments when you just cannot kick the bad mood! Some obvious resolutions are surrounding yourself with positive people, doing things that make you happy, etc. I’m thinking if we collectively share experiences and ideas, maybe we can find a happier, healthier lifestyle.
